Bassham Properties owns The Vista on Brodie, and Willow Bridge Property Company handles management. Eight floor plans, each named for a plant — Senna, Laurel, Yarrow, Lantana, Sage, Ruellia, Verbena, Aster — run from 717 to 1,752 square feet across one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Select homes have wood-burning fireplaces, oversized garden tubs, French doors onto the patio and built-in computer desks. The site is elevated enough for downtown skyline views.
