Rivette Tower

Ryan Companies developed Rivette Tower with Catellus Development and the City of Austin, providing the architecture and construction itself, and Greystar manages it; roughly 15 percent of the apartments are reserved for households earning up to 60 percent of the area’s median family income. Plans run from a 541-square-foot one-bedroom to a 1,474-square-foot three-bedroom, with studios and several layouts that add a separate home office, and the project includes about 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. Designers eliminated a planned pedestrian bridge to preserve clear sight lines to the 1961 Robert Mueller Municipal Airport control tower that still stands on the site. Common areas include a pool with sun ledges and cabanas, a rooftop lounge, a yoga room, a pet spa, bike repair and storage, and an on-site convenience shop.
