Floor plans carry one-word names — Charm, Fringe, Birdie, Blush, Goldie, Mabel, Velvet, Lariat, Saddle, Nash, Starlite — and run from a 547 sq ft studio to a 1,328 sq ft two-bedroom. A golf simulator sits alongside the game room and a clubroom with kitchen and dining areas, and there is a courtyard and an outdoor pool. Kitchens have quartz counters and tile backsplashes; baths have tiled showers and tubs. The property is southeast of central Austin near McKinney Falls State Park and the Easton Park master-planned community.
