The property opened as The Cottages Apartments on 26.4 acres and was bought by Griffis Residential on June 2, 2017 through Griffis Premium Apartment Fund IV, which renamed it Griffis Southpark; Griffis put the average unit at 907 square feet. It now carries the Bridge name and is managed by AMP. Studios run 610 square feet, one-bedrooms 715 to 868 and two-bedrooms 1,007, with three-bedrooms also offered and attached garages on select plans. The grounds hold a frisbee-golf course, an all-season spa, an off-leash dog park and a car wash station, and the fitness center has separate yoga and spin rooms.
