Camden permits short-term hosting through Airbnb for up to 90 days a year, includes internet and cable in a technology package, and collects trash and recycling at the door. Sendera Mesa Park is seven-tenths of a mile away, with the Violet Crown Trail and the Veloway nearby and a nature preserve along the community’s edge.
