Starlight

Qualico US developed Starlight on 2.3 acres at Manor Road and Alexander Avenue, with Ledcor Development as joint-venture partner; the land closed in December 2019 and the project launched in October 2020. Ledcor describes the design as mid-century modern Palm Springs, carried through in desert-inspired landscaping and the Saguaro Spa and Lounge, which pairs a pool with a heated spa and private cabanas. Other features include a sky lounge with downtown views, a music and karaoke lounge and a dog spa, and the restaurant Santa Catarina occupies ground-floor space. Greystar manages. Studios start at 457 square feet and two-bedroom plans reach 1,833, and one income-restricted one-bedroom plan is offered. MLK Station on the MetroRail Red Line is roughly a ten-minute walk.
