Point South and Bridgehollow

Point South and Bridge Hollow are two adjoining communities leased as one, locally owned and run by Zavala Management. They have taken the Austin Apartment Association’s Property of the Year award. Seven layouts stretch from a 520-square-foot efficiency to a 1,190-square-foot four-bedroom, with 740-square-foot studio lofts in between; some homes have fireplaces, and the loft plans are fronted by floor-to-ceiling windows. Two pools and an Olympic sand volleyball court sit on the grounds, AT&T Fiber serves the buildings, and the gates are controlled by key fob. Downtown, the Town Lake hike-and-bike trail, the University of Texas and St. Edward’s are all cited as nearby.
