Stonelake Capital Partners developed 415 Colorado on a half-acre lot at the southeast corner of West Fifth and Colorado streets, in the Warehouse District, and still owns it. Ziegler Cooper Architects designed the 640-foot tower, Harvey Cleary Builders constructed it, and TBG Partners handled the landscape. An earlier Stonelake scheme for the same corner, Tower 5C, was shelved. The finished design terminates in an illuminated “eyebrow” crown that echoes Ziegler Cooper’s Austonian a few blocks east. Foundations required more than 80 drilled piers, some 100 feet deep, under a single pier cap poured with 3,200 cubic yards of concrete. The tower topped out in April 2024. Of 465,000 square feet total, 110,000 is office space leased to Texas Capital Bank, Edelman, Tree Line Capital Partners and Valterra Partners, with retail at the corner. Residents share a 19th-floor pool deck and a dog run.
